Thank you for choosing Sweetwear Studio! I'm excited to serve customers worldwide and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all. Please take a moment to review my US customer policies below:
RETURNS
Products can be returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- product(s) must be returned in its original condition, if the sweater has been washed, is damaged or dirty, I cannot guarantee a full refund
- return request made within 14 days of receiving your order
- all related shipping costs are covered by you

EXCHANGES
I understand sometimes exchanges are necessary. If the sweater you purchased does not fit your expectations, please request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please note that all sweaters must be returned in its original condition. If the sweater has been washed, is damaged or dirty, I cannot guarantee an exchange will be permitted.
- Please return the sweater(s) to the following address:

- Please note that shipping costs for returning the items are the responsibility of the customer but the exchanged sweater will be sent to you at no extra cost.
- In the event that you make a mistake with your order, please email your order number and request to hello@sweetwearstudio within 7 days of placing the order with the correct size/color.
- If your exchange request exceeds 7 days, there may be a delay in the fulfillment of your order as I will have to order a new blank sweater
SHIPPING
Sweetwear Studio is not responsible for incorrect addresses and lost or damaged packages from the mail carrier
- Once your order is shipped, it is entrusted to USPS/UPS for delivery, and Sweetwear Studio relinquishes control over its handling. I cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
- If such an issue arises, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to assist you.
- If you find that you've entered an incorrect address please let me know right away via email, otherwise once your order has been shipped out I am no longer responsible and you must contact USPS or UPS to make the necessary corrections and are responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur.
- All shipping costs are covered by the customer and is non-refundable
- If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact me within 5-7 days of the marked delivery date so I can best assist you
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- As stated in the product descriptions, there is a 2-5 week processing time for orders. However, this processing time does not include shipping and delivery time.
- Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number.
- Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped, excluding Sundays, Federal Holidays, and unexpected shipping delays.
- If an attempted delivery notice is left by the shipping courier, please follow up with USPS/UPS for redelivery or pick up instructions.
- Sweetwear Studio cannot schedule redelivery attempts.
What shipping company do you use, where do you ship to, and how can I track my order?
- Domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or through UPS (United Parcel Service).
- Tracking will be provided from the respected carrier via email once the order is ready to ship.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping in the US is calculated depending on location.
- Orders placed in the U.S. that are over $70 have a free shipping offer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- If, at any point before your order ships, you no longer agree with the terms outlined in this policy, please feel free to contact me via email (hello@sweetwearstudio.com). I will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund.
