International Customers Policies

Thank you for choosing Sweetwear Studio! I'm excited to serve customers worldwide and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all. Please take a moment to review my international customer policies below:

Shipping:

  • For international orders, I strongly recommend selecting the Priority Mail shipping option. While it may be a more expensive choice, it ensures full package tracking once it leaves the US and includes insurance for up to $100USD on your order. This provides added security and peace of mind during the shipping process. 
  • If you decide to purchase a First Class shipping label, Sweetwear Studio is not liable for any lost packages or extreme delays in delivery. 
  • Shipping is calculated based on location by USPS/UPS. I have no control over the costs of shipping.
  • If an attempted delivery notice is left by the shipping courier, please follow up with your local post office (if shipped with USPS) or UPS for redelivery or pick up instructions
  • Sweetwear Studio cannot schedule redelivery attempts
  • All shipping costs are covered by the customer and is non-refundable 

Customs and Import Fees:

  • Please note that Sweetwear Studio is not responsible for any customs or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. As a one-woman operation, I'm unable to stay updated on the specific fees for every destination I ship to. Any additional customs or import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event that you choose to reject the package due to these fees, please inform me, and I will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Once your order is shipped, it is entrusted to USPS/UPS for delivery, and Sweetwear Studio relinquishes control over its handling. I cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit. 
  • If such an issue arises, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to assist you.

Exchanges for International Customers:

  • Unfortunately, due to the high cost associated with accepting exchanges for international customers, I am unable to offer this service.
  • To avoid disappointment, please carefully review the size chart before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to contact me via email (hello@sweetwearstudio.com), and I'll be happy to assist you.
  • In the event that you make a mistake with your order, Shopify's limitations prevent me from modifying international orders other than the shipping address. If necessary, I will cancel and refund the current order, allowing you to place a new order with the correct size.

Refunds for Returns:

  • I understand that sometimes returns are necessary. International customers have 10 days from the date of receiving their order to request a refund. 
  • Please note that all sweaters must be returned in its original condition. If the sweater has been washed, is damaged or dirty, I cannot guarantee a full refund.
  • Please return the sweater(s) to the following address:

  • Please note that shipping costs for returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. 
  • All shipping costs are covered by the customer and is non-refundable 

Processing and Delivery Times:

  • As stated in the product descriptions, there is a 2-5 week processing time for orders. However, this processing time does not include shipping and delivery time.
  • International delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks to arrive once the order has been shipped, but in some cases, delivery may take up to 3 months, especially in countries with lengthy customs processing times. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays as they are beyond my control

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • If, at any point before your order ships, you no longer agree with the terms outlined in this policy, please feel free to contact me via email (hello@sweetwearstudio.com). I will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund.
